Comstock Rails is a leading manufacturer of large scale steel wheel sets.  Countless hours have gone into the design and real world testing of our products for over 2 years.  We use the finest domestic materials and machinery in the manufacturing and assembly process. 

The difference between scale and semi-scale are the semi-scale wheels have a .025 taller flange then the scale wheels.  We recommend scale wheels for smooth tract and semi-scale wheels for rough track. 

Wheels are made of 12L14 steel with Delrin insulators.  Tolerance is within plus or minus .002
